At Sea to Summit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
